Return Process

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and all components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
